Refund and Returns Policy

At Treasures of the Earth, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read the following policy carefully.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Certain items are exempt from returns, including:
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@treasuresoftheearth.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If your refund does not appear after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at hello@treasuresoftheearth.com with photos of the damage.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@treasuresoftheearth.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items purchased with a discount code may only be exchanged or returned for store credit, unless they are faulty.
